Strawberry Bavarian Cream

                                                    2 cups crushed fresh strawberries, drained
                                                    3/4 cup confectioners sugar
                                                     1 1/2 tbs. gelatin, unflavored
                                                    1/2 cup cold water

1/2 cup hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup drained strawberry juice
2 tbs. lemon juice
1 cup whipped cream

Drain strawberries and reserve 1/4 cup of juice.Sweeten strawberries with sugar. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Then add hot water and stir until smooth. Add salt, strawberry juice and lemon juice to dissolved gelatin. Stir in Strawberry mixture. Pour into mold and chill until partially set. Then fold in whipped cream and chill until firm. Garnish with fresh whole strawberries and confectioners sugar.
