Strawberry Sunset Salad

                                                        2 pkgs. (3oz. each) strawberry-flavored gelatin
                                                        1 large can pineapple slices, drained (reserve juice)
                                                        3 tbs. lemon juice

1 qt. fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup small marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
whole strawberries

Pour reserved pineapple juice into pan with enough water added to make 2 1/2 cups of liquid. Bring to a boil. Stir in gelatin and let dissolve. Add lemon juice. Cool mixture until syrupy. Then fold in strawberries, marshmallows and nuts. Pour into square dish or pan and chill at least four hours. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaves, topped with pineapple rings and whole strawberries.
